It is shown through this study that if deforestation will not be slowed down, it could deplete the forest area within years. Tree planting should be done with rules and regulations by the government in order for it to be a successful project.
The proponents recommend further study of other factors that could cause deforestation and its diverse effects. It could lead into wide variety of fields such as environmental awareness, economic growth or decay, as well as the evaluation of projects made by the government for environmental sustainability. The model presented is small and only covers the logging industry, other industries could contribute as well and the model could be expanded more.
